You are free to come and go as you please and explore our schedule fully. We do not require a weekly commitment or pre-registration for classes. Our adult schedule consists of “drop-in” classes. Please contact us if you're unsure about joining in. Pointe work requires strength and knowledge to make sure it remains a safe practice. Pointe TechniqueĪ short technique class that begins with barre exercises to warm up, then moves into center work. Understanding of ballet terminology and class structure is required. INTERMEDIATE/Advanced BALLETĪ fast-paced, complex ballet class for those with prior ballet experience. INTERMEDIATE BALLETĪn evenly-paced ballet for those with prior ballet experience. Students should expect to move through all elements of barre and center at a steady pace. Familiarity with ballet terminology and the basic structure of a ballet class is necessary. Beginner/Intermediate BALLETĪ ballet class bridging between beginner and intermediate levels. Students can expect to move through all elements of barre and the center in a way that will prepare them to attend classes with intermediate students. This is a slightly faster-paced, more complex version of our Beginner Ballet 1. Familiarity with ballet terminology and the basic structure of a ballet class is encouraged, but so are questions! BEGINNER BALLET 2 Class will begin at the barre and move on to an abridged center. BEGINNER BALLET 1Ī simple ballet class for people with some or limited experience with ballet. Instructors will be more than happy to offer comprehensive explanations and demonstrations of steps & combinations. A class designed for students with no previous ballet experience wanting to learn the foundational movements and principles that make up a ballet class! All are welcome regardless of age, body type, gender identity, race or dis/ability.
